Cisco ACI Multipod without any APIC in Pod 2

Dear community,

I am designing the deployment of a ACI Multipod fabric. Currently we already have a ACI fabric so the idea is to append a second Pod (Pod 2) to this fabric. Both Pods will be on separated Datacenters. First pod has a APIC cluster fo three APICs. So, Is it possible to bring up  the second Pod without having any APICs on this Pod? I mean just relaying on the three APICs present on the first Pod. This would be a transitory measure while I get new APICs we are buying.

This will work fine. For designing the new APIC cluster refer to the Multi-Pod Whitepaper.
