Yes, we have it. Even better, we made it free to download yourself via COO as of ACI 4.2 (assuming you are entitled to download ACI software in a general sense). No fingerprint / activation key needed anymore (4.2 and later).

Last suggestion is to read the install notes.  You need to set your VM portgroups to certain settings (like allow promiscuous packets) etc.

Unfortunately no, if you want to do any kind of data plane actions (L3Outs, vPCs, Static Path Bindings (static ports)) etc.

For those activities you need an actual fabric.

I made an educated guess as to why you were asking but if I got it wrong, please provide additional details as to what you are trying to do.

As Claudia says, the sim does not have a data plane. 

But you can do things like VMM integration to a real vCenter, for example.  Of course you won't be able to pass traffic, but you can show the API-to-API interactions with EPGs and Port Groups.  You can also show things like the sim working with MSO as a policy engine.
