If DC site has Cisco ACI switching infrastructure and DR site has non-ACI (Nexus 7K/5K/2K) switching infrastructure, could this impact RTO and RPO?

Hi Mukesh,

This is a very generic question, as it depends on so many factors: what technology you use in non-ACI DC (vxlan, plain vpc), what do you use for DCI, how is the recovery plan, and so on.

I would say that a ACI Multi-Site would work as a better solution for disaster recovery and disaster avoidance because it has built-in mechanisms for IP mobility, including live migrations.

Plain VDC/VPC in non-ACI DC. DCI will be used for VM migration across DCs.
