Dears,

If I have two DCs with two fabrics

in each fabric there is two EPG with VNID 10000 and another one with VNID 20000 (maybe EPG VNID 10000 for VDI users and EPG VNID 20000 for Application) and we create Contract between them.

in DR DC has same with shadow name (10000 and 20000). with contract.

what if EPG VID 20000 in MDC fail and want make EPG VNID 10000 in MDC talk with same contract to EPG in DR with shadow VNID 20000 , how can do this?

The best way to do this with two separate ACI fabrics would be with MultiSite orchestrator.  MSO would handle all the policy translations and allow you to configure single stretched policies that would extend to both DCs.  

The only other way to do this without MSO would be by using static path bindings (L2) or L3Outs and applying contracts.  

MSO would be the easiest way and provide more health & monitoring capabilities to do something like this.
