Faults persist for decommissioned switches

I have a fabric where I added a spine and leaf for a short time and then decommissioned/removed said switches.

While present, some faults were raised on the switches and did not clear when the switches were removed.  I do not see it listed under registered nodes, nodes pending registration, unreachable nodes, nor decommissioned switches.

How does one clear faults associate with non existant switches?

Hello,

Try to ignore the Fault for one minute.

To do so, right-click the Fault and "Ignore Fault". Then revert the change by finding the created Fault Severity Assignment Policy and deleting it.

Check if Fault is still there.

This did not have an impact.  Had the faults suppressed for upwards of 6 minutes.

Thank You,
