How to match which conract when L4-7 Service Insert

I have a concept question about L4-7 service insert in ACI.

for example, I have a Load balance sevice in contract.

Client EPGs include EP 192.168.1.1/24.

Web_Server EPGs include EP 10.1.1.1/24.

Load banlance VIP address is 192.168.2.1/24.

The contract between Web_Servers and Clients EPGs is define and  include Load balance service graph.

But when client 192.168.1.1 access web server, it access ip address 192.168.2.1 (Vip address).

There is not contract between 192.168.1.1 and VIP address 192.168.2.1.

ACI how to match which contract between 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.2.1 ?

This concept question about ACI trouble me for many weeks.

another question is when Loadbalance Service translate port 8080 to 80.

when i define contract filter, I should use port 8080 or 80?
