Intra-VRF Use case-ACI Multisite

I was reading Multisite ACI white paper and as per it intra-VRF is as follows 

Intra-VRF communication: "In this case, the source EPG and destination EPG belong to different bridge domains mapped to the same VRF instance (the same tenant). The tenant and VRF instance are stretched across sites, and MP-BGP EVPN allows the exchange of host routing information, enabling intersite communication".

But as per the attached diagram VRF are different. Can anyone explain is it an error ?

Yep. That looks like an error, as only the tenant is stretched. The image refers to Inter-VRF communication.

You can submit a feedback (there is a link at the end of the whitepaper page) to correct the reference.
