Licensing in ACI

Hello - I want to learn about Licensing method followed in ACI deployment. 

1) Traditional License (Pre version 3.2)

2) Smart License 

For example, I buy 3 APIC, 34 Nos. of Leaf and 2 Nos. of Spine.

1)How to purchase license for this requirement. Only basic features will be enabled entitled for Base License. 

2) If only 2 switches i will be enabling Netflow (Essential License), how to purchase license for this requirement?
