Nexus 93180 ACI mode leaf switch CLI commands

Hi Team,

Nexus 93180 is configured in ACI mode and their uplinks towards Spine switches are admin down.

We do have console access. Is there any way we can "un-shut" the leaf uplink ports from the console?

Leaf1201# configure
Leaf1201(config)# interface e1/3
Leaf1201(config-if)# no shutdown
