Port Between Spine and Leaf Issue

Hello Everyone,

I connect between SPINE and Leaf by mesh. but

1.Sometime On Port Spine:UP while on Port Leaf:DOWN

2.Some Port:UP and just 3s, it's turn down.

Could you suggest to me, please

I'm beginner for ACI. I connected mesh SPINE [Int1/1] and Leaf [eth1/60] between 40G QSFP+ and Not config anything.

It's show on APIC: [Switching State: Disable] [Operating: Link-Failure]

It's should config or anything else ?
