Hi Ibrahim,

yes, according to https://tmgmatrix.cisco.com/home both ASA and the N9k support the various lengths of SFP-H10-GBCUxM.

And yes, AOCs are supported between the two N9k platforms theoretically, HOWEVER in an ACI leaf spine you'll need to use 40 Gig Ethernet in the fabric so SFP+ doesn't fit in here.
