Sreched VLAN between sites

Hi all, I am new at data center infrastructure and ACI. We have ACI project for data centers and we have 3 sites so I wanna ask about streched vlan can we implement streched vlan to our infrastructure without dark fiber or how we need implement it to traditional network?

Are you using Multisite orchestrator for this ACI Setup ? if you are using
this you can have stretch vlan easily. otherwise you will have to use OTV
kind of setup to extend the vlan over L3.
