We have an ACE 4710 that are showing the following messages on startup process.
Should we consider these messages as a problem?
How to fix this issue?

This is not affecting the way how you log in to the unit right? ACE is working as expected correct?
I noticed some software defects which show some similar errors as above.
What version do you run?

Yes, the log into the unit is working well.
This asset is not in the environment production. I was preparing it to replace a damaged unit when I detect this issue and I am worried about to put it to work and it will give me problems after that.
It runs 3.2(6) because it will be a mate in a failover setting.

Your version is very old!
I was checking our database and this behavior seems to be related with this bug CSCtl05343. The recommendation is upgrade the software on the ACE to A4(1.1)
