Cache Engine problem with real time data on Port 80

hi

customer claims real time data HTTP doesnt work on cache engine V2.31

is it normal , do we need to upgrade to V3.11 in order to support streaming ?

I am not sure why it is not working. Upgrading is a good idea, but I guess you would need to also find out why it is not working. the following doc has a configuration example. Hope it helps.
