HSE - CSS not discovered

Hello,

we have a HSE 1.7.2, witch about 21 CSS Devíces discovered.

After we did a upgrade by one CSS, it is not getting Discovered any more. It is alway listet in the undiscovered tab.

What can i do, to troubleshoot this problem?

Check if the CSS is running Box to Box redundancy or if you are using CSS vlan for Management traffic, instead of using CSS Management interface. If all the circuits are in 'down-ipDisabled' HSE will not be able to discover it. Try to take out the 'redundancy' in 'circuit vlan 1' config ,so circuit vlan1 will always up as a managment interface regardless of the redundancy state of CSS.

tanks for your post, but this seems not to be the Problem.

I reach the CSS from the HSE through the Management Port. But the Discovery does not work.

I also misspelld something, we did not a Softwareupgrade, we changed the system through another and installed the old config on it. So it should be the same, but it is not really.
