License transfer required??

One of our CISCO ACE is faulty and now we got the replacement for that. Should I have to raise any request to do license transfer??

You can use the existing license on the new module

Good morning,

ACE license files are not tied to a serial number, so, you can reuse the file from the faulty device.

As far as the contract is concerned, it should be automatically updated with the RMA details.
