WAAS CM UI not Getting

Dear Team,

We have not getting the WAAS CM UI through any of the browser. We have tested with IE 8 and Google Chrome Version 22. Please find the below device details.

Device Model: WAE 674

Software Version: 5.1.1

We are getting following message in browser and not getting the log-in page after a hour also. We are not facing any issue with telnet or ftp access to the device.

Loading CM UI login page...

Any idea why this behaving like this..

Dear Team,

Its looks like a bug CSCud77164 .

We have tried to restart the cms service but no luck.

Kindly suggest how we can  disable LCM in the CM database? Whether downgrade to 5.0.1 will resolve this??

Can you upgrade to  5.1.1a ? if still the same please open a TAC case.

Issue is resolved after upgrade to 5.1.1a
