WAAS mobile server missing evaluation license

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed waas mobile server (version 3.5.4.3838 on win 2K3 R2), installation went well with no errors.  After logged in 1st time, the system report "missing evaluation license".  I followed the Admin Guide to activate the 30-Days waas mobile evaluation.  I have uninstalled and re-installed few times but got the same "missing evaluation license" issue.  Do I need to get a licence from Cisco even though it is for evaluation?  If yes, could you please point me to the right direction, a link is much appreciated.

Can you share some details of the Windows server system? Perhaps it is hardened server, or was there another WAAS Mobile installation in the past?

For evaluation license, you need to check checkbox " start 30 Day Evaluation" the first time you connect to WAAS Mobile Server Interface.

Or you can request evaluation license from "Configure-->Manager-->Licences", you choose  the box IP Adress of server and click on "Create Eval License"
