Find out more about the best practices and approaches to solve common and particular troubleshooting cases in NX-OS. Aleksandr Blusenkov has been a Customer Support Engineer for the TAC Data Center Switching team at Cisco since May 2011. He has over 10 years of experience in switching and vast knowledge about almost the whole Nexus portfolio. He specialises on OTV, FabricPath, VxLAN and NDB solutions. He holds a Master¹s Degree in Telecommunication from the National Technical University of Ukraine. Aleksandr holds a CCIE R&S and DC certification.
Nikoleta Toulkeridou has been working as a Customer Support Engineer in the Data Center Switching team since September 2016, she provides excellent support and solutions to end-end customers. Despites her young age, Nikoleta has demonstrated to be a skilled professional on Nx-OS products, she has delivered several trainings on this technology to Cisco customers and partners. Also, she has participated in several internal mentoring programs within Cisco. Nikoleta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics for Science and Engineering. Since she graduated, she knew that the place to work was Cisco.
