This topic is a chance to discuss more about the Cisco Smart Licensing on Catalyst platforms. This session will provide you with a better understanding of the various methods to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Smart Licensing on Catalyst platforms. This session will also help you get a better understanding of the multiple moving parts involved with Smart Licensing such as Smart Call-Home, Cisco Smart Software Manager, Device Tokens, Smart Accounts, and more.

Devin Davis is a Technical Consulting Engineer with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Devin's expertise includes troubleshooting and isolating various Layer 2 or 3 issues on Cisco IOS and IOS-XE platforms, platform forwarding for Cisco Catalyst platforms, and Smart Licensing on IOS-XE platforms. Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and a CCNP certification in Routing and Switching. 

Vivek Sharma is a Senior Technical Consultant Engineer in the Routing and Switching team in San Jose, CA.
He has been an Enterprise Network Industry for 9 years. Before Cisco, he worked as a Senior Network Engineer in Aricent and prior that he worked as a Network Engineer in Wipro Limited. Most of his experience is based on Catalyst line of products including Catalyst 9000 series, Catalyst 6800 series and Catalyst 3850/3650 switches along with technical expertise in troubleshooting and providing recommendation on best practices on Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, and Smart Licensing on IOS-XE based platforms. Vivek holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology along with CCNA, CCNP (R&S) certifications and is currently pursuing a CCIE in Service Provider.
