we are having cisco Ironport S170 , Suddenly we observed that some of the block sites are getting open ,so we log the call with cisco and as per engineer update the last update was failed causing web reputation filter  policy to default value.

My question is if any update fails how can it reset the entire policy instead of applying its last policy applied.
