5 Year warranty not honoured.

We bought 10 CISCO 24 port switches from Compuage Infocom Ltd.Jaipur vide their invoice no.909 dtd.17th Aug.2010 for Rs.33,600/-.
 
As this is a genuine distributor purchase, how can CISCO deny a customer from their right to take 5 years warranty and it was well communicated to us as well as to customer.
 
Even today we are buying CISCO switches from Ingram & Redington regularly, according to you our customers will not be able to claim warranty.
 
In this case either CISCO instruct their distributors not to bill these products in open channel or they must honour the warranty.  
 
Please support us to make channel confident.
