In the process of testing Thunderbolt, we made an error. T
wo technicians signed up using the link in the .pdf file. Then I added c
lients to the portal I created. Now we can not add the second technician to the portal I created.
I tried to invite him but when he followed the link, he was told the account already existed.
He can log into his portal but has no customers.
How do we go about fixing this?

Please provide the customer ID and CCO login for the 2nd technician. I will remove the company and 2nd tech's login. Afterwards you will be able to re-invite the 2nd tech to your primary portal.

No need to provide a Customer ID. Please send the CCO login that needs to be removed to jisbell@cisco.com.

The CCO ID was removed as requested. You should now be able to re-invite the agent to the correct company.
