STEP 1:
Navigate to www.onplusbeta.com and login with your cisco.com username and password:

STEP 2:
Enter your Account Type: Cisco Customer
Enter your contact detail (email)
Accept the Terms and Conditions:

STEP 3:
Allow Java to run, in order to load the OnPlus Scanner:

STEP 4:
Scan for network devices in your network, by providing a single IP address or an IP address range and up to 3 device credentials at a time. Please refer to the Help Menu (right above the IP Address Range) for details on various OnPlus Scanner options:

STEP 5:
Click "Scan" button to scan for devices on your network:

STEP 6:
(OPTIONAL) You can choose to rescan the devices that failed authentication or unreachable by providing additional device credentials:

STEP 7:
Once done scanning for devices, click "Finished" to be taken to the list of your inventory that OnPlus Scanner has discovered:

NOTE: Please refer to STEP 9 to learn how to tune various options available on this page.
STEP 8:
Click through some of the top level menus to view the status of your devices -
'End of Life' will show EoL milestoone information pertaining to the devices scanned
'Advisories' will show any Security Advisories that are relevant to the devices found
'Warranties' shows the current state of the Warranty associated with all your devices
'Contracts' menu will show all devices and their asocaited contracts

Here is an example od the Hardware End of Life Information that OnPlus Scanner automatically provided for the list of the discovered devices:

You can export this information into a .CSV file using the 'Export to CSV' button on the right hand side
STEP 9:
(OPTIONAL) Let's take a look at some of the options available on this page:
1. Customize the columns in the dashboard view, so you can see teh most relevant information to you;

3. You can click "Scan My Network" to scan additional devices or subnets.

4. You can assign "Labels" to a single device or to a group of devices, therefore creating logical groups of devices:

To create a Label, click on the Settings Wheel, then on "Create a Label":

Click on "+" to add a label, give it a name, and click "Add":

Once labels are created, you can assign them to the device(s) in your inventory, by selecting the devices, and clicking on the "i+" button:

Choose the label you want to assign to the group of selected devices:

Click "OK". You Label column now reflects the Labels you've assigned to the devices:

You can also view a topology view of those labels through the topology view
