Forgot credentials for WAP4410N

I forgot the credentials for the WAP4410N, but noticed that the credentials are still in TBA to connect to the device. Yet a web connection only takes me to the login prompt and wants the username and password, and the TBA does say it can login successfully with the credentials to get info.

Anyway to retrieve the info from the TBA?   Otherwise I'll just reset the WAP and re-configure.
