After the upgrade yesterday, OnPlus fails to see even the OnPlus device and has now set a random device (on one LAN it'll be a printer and anther a server but never a router or switch) as the root device on the LANs failing to see any Cisco switch (SG200/300's or even the ISA550/570's as root devices). Even using rediscover network fails to discover all the devices I know to exist.
This are the devices currently live on my LAN:

The discovery above was done with SoftPerfect's Network Scanner (in about 1/10th the time it takes the new OnPlus Scanner to scan the same LAN), but as you can see it sees the OnPlus device and SG switches that are missing in the new OnPlus Beta Portal (they were there yesterday!).

Hi Brian,
I'll have our Scanner team take a look at this and I'll get back to you with more information.
Thanks,
The OnPlus Team

Without making any changes on my end, they all magically showed up again. Same computer, same browser (IE9 32-bit on Wn7 x64), same session (didn't logout and back on), etc... I'll continue to watch.

Brian - I'm glad to hear it works now. I'll have our team dig into this and see if we can find anything out of the ordinary.
Thanks again,
The OnPlus Team
