Portal just hung when I tried to view customer details with google chrome. At the bottom is says it’s waiting on ssl.google-analytics.com. finally closed after 3 or 4 minutes. The other thing I was going to add was cross vlan / subnet log on. Being able to access CUE on a default UC5XX box is a perfect example.
We have tested the application in Chrome for both Windows and OSX and not seen this. Have you tried with a different browser?
Chrome makes use of aggressive DNS and file caching so it could be that his instance somehow is caching an old google analytics server or something. We might try suggesting that he clear his browsing history and then give it another try.
