So how are you finding the RV220W?

overall i am very happy with the unit.

Well guys thought i'd put my 2 cents worth in.

Personally the Rv220W is what i have been wanting all along.  Gigabit lan and N wifi.  so far since the firmware updates my issues seem to be resolved quite well.  wifi seems to be stable though sometimes slow on download/uploads.

my wifi stats are like so:

Hi Simon,

Thanks for your feedbacks. Also thank you and others participant in this forum for many constructive comments. Many issues and bug fixed were found here in this forum. Though we didnot see all of the fixes yet, but it will be addressed in future fw release.

I think the EFT testing is dwinding down quite a bit as most of (important) features had already been checked out. This EFT forum will never closed even months from now. I always keep an eye on it and will respond as long as any comment/feedback is posted here.

Regards.

I can also say I'm happy with the unit as well.  Minus some of the things we're waiting on (fix for onboard PPTP server/one-to-one NAT/SSH or Telnet ability if the web server crashes), this thing whoops ass!!!

One question I have is if "spanning-tree portfast" is automatically enabled on the LAN ports?  Every so often it seems like the ports go through the full 50-60 seconds of recognizing a port connection.

I've just got my replacement SLM2008 switch in from Cisco so I'm going to check and see how vlans work between the two.  Simon, have you trunked your SLM2008 to your RV220w yet?  Setting up vlans on that thing (SLM2008) seems to be more of an ass pain that setting up vlan in IOS.

Overall, Don, the RV220w is what Simon, Kevin, Eric, and myself have been waiting for ever since we started testing the WRV200/210 models.  Can't wait to see what Cisco brings out do address "failover/fallback," which I believe would be the biggest asset to this router platform...
