2102 MOH

I have followed the SPA2102 Administration Guide Section 5 regarding configuring the internal music on hold, however, I am unable to get any sound when I put a call on hold.  Perhaps I do not know the proper way to place a call on hold for this ATA?  - I am just using the Flash button.

I have the latest firmware (5.2.5).  I have the MOH server for the line set to imusic.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Sir;

Can you describe a bit more your setup. What is the SIP server serving the SPA2102? The SPA2102 does not have a music on hold server, it relies on an external server which can be on the network or on a FXS port, but it is not internal.
