There are some issues with ata 190 2FXS
1. Often(Maybe once every two weeks.), the connected fax doesn't hear the dial tone and becomes useless.
This is a strange symptom that resolves after 30 minutes without any action.
Or, rebooting the equipment will solve the problem.
It is inefficient to reboot equipment while walking around every time.
I want to know the cause because there are many ata installed and the symptoms are frequent.
2. Often when I browse ATA190 web pages(ATA 190 web configuration page ; voice/administration/status),
It just keep loading and the pages won't open.
and ATA190 also unregistered from the CUCM.
There are symptoms that require reboot of power again.
This is the version of ATA190 in operation.
-HW ver : 1.1.1
-Boot ver : 1.3.1
-Firmware ver : 1.1.2(005)
Has anyone had the same symptoms or solved them?
Or do you have any ideas on what to do?
