Caller ID display telephone

In my company I’ve service's center that receive contacts using PBX with (DTMF) analog normal lines.
so I need to use a special corded telephone for this center, with caller ID display and number remains on this display screen after getting the call instead of replacing the caller ID by seconds counter, what the solution for that?

You have analog phone line, you have analog phone connected to it. Cisco manufacture no analog phones, thus I assume you have phone of other brand. I see neither Cisco device here nor VoIP technology of any kind.

So sorry, but I missed the matter - what's the issue you wish to solve here ?
