Cannot make 999 emergency calls from SPA8000

Hi there

We have a SPA8000 connected to a UC560 at a client site.  It works well apart from the fact that we cannot make 999 calls.  Its 9 for an outside line and all other calls work fine.

I have looked at the dial plan but am unsure what to add to make it work

That dialplan looks quite US centric. I would give this a go for a UK plan. It's not perfect, but it'll cover most bases.
