Hi,

I use a Asterisk server and have configured my SPA232D, PSTN to VoIP is OK, but with my Line 1, I have a problem with the inbound CID. When the call is internal, the CID appears on the phone screen but with an outside call, the CID does not appear on the phone screen but appears in the web interface.

Phone doesn't know the call source (e.g. internal / external) thus it needs to be about the number (format of number) send by Asterisk and/or Caller ID Map configured (if any). So check them and search for difference between working and non-working case.

Just generic advise as you disclosed no details (like captured INVITE SIP packet or phone debug logs).
