I have a Cisco CP-8861-3PCC
Software version sip88xx.11-0-0MPP-7.loads
When I put the handset on hook, it keeps going "off-hook" and then back "on-hook" as if I had picked up the handset, or it was not properly put on the cradle. It is as if the handset and phone's LED on handset/phone are not working, or the button itself.
I do not know if problem is with handset/curly cable or with the phone itself.
I attach a log from the phone and the key lines may be as below where it says "voice-TS Detached":

- Can I get a config backup so I can factory reset the phone?
- Can anyone help me troubleshoot this at all, please?
- Can we troubleshoot this on the phone at all to find out exactly what is happening, and whether issue is with handset or main phone?
