Debug Error Attempting to Upgrade To New Firmware 5.2.13 on SPA2102

Hello!

I am getting a debug message when I attempt to upgrade my SPA2102 to the latest firmware 5.2.13 from 5.2.12 and I get this message after I input the admin password and click OK:

Run-Time Check Failure #2 -Stack around the variable 'strNc' was corrupted.

(Press Retry to debug the application)

If I click on Retry, the firmware update program crashes.

My computer is running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Richard S.

See below link. I had a similar problem:

Hi Rinku!

Thanks for the information and your assistance. That did the trick! I was able to upload the new firmware to the SPA2102 without any problems.

Thanks again!

Richard S.

Could you post the actual answer here?   I'd really appreciate it.

For me

returns

"your Cisco.com login does not have the authority level to access this site"

Hi Craig,

I get the same response when I try to access the link. I found the same information that I used:

Hope this helps!

Richard
