Echo when adding a SPA8800

We have two customers who both have a UC320W (2.3.2(6) firmware), a SPA8800 and a SF300-24P.

Both customers experience echo on the local SPA504G side of the conversation.  IE: they hear an echo of themselves. 

The other party has no voice quality issues.

We have swapped the UC320, the SPA8800 and the SF300 and all wiring is new.

We have made many test calls and the issue only happens when the call is made or received through the SPA8800.

If we disable the SPA8800, the issue does not exist.

If we connect the affected trunk to the UC320 it does not echo.

Both of these customers also report miss routing of extensions.  IE: the customer will enter 102 and get 110.
