Yes, as long as you are authorized administrator of the SPA122 device (e.g. you know the administrator login credentials) and the device in question is retail unit, not a version restricted/customized for particular ISP/operator.
I agree with Dan. If you know the admin username/password it is possible. (I just upgraded mine two weeks ago.)
