High mortality of Cisco Linksys power supplies.

Hi experts, we have an high mortality of Cisco Linksys Power supplies used for SPA2102 and WRP400. The duration varies between 8 months to 12 months.

The power supply model is 5V 2A PSM 11 R.

What is the cause in your opinion?

Could be related to electrical ring value configured?

Hello Daniele,

There is no known issue with the power supplies of the SPA2102/WRP400.

Reasons why a power supply is failing can be manifold.

Brownouts, blackouts, environmental reasons.

Your settings are looking ok, around the default values.

And they are lower than what is used in other parts of the world.
