How to cancel call forward from 2nd line

SPA504G. I have two extentions coming into one phone set/device. Somehow I was able to forward calls from both extensions/lines. I can cancel CFWd from one line but can't find how to cancel it from the other extension.

Try to disable in the Cisco Call Manger.

Also Can you brief the Set up.
