Need help with SPA-112

My phone stopped working, no dial tone, the light indicator for phone 1 was off.

I logged into SPA-112, went to "Voice" menu, the status of line 1 is not registered, but there's no option on the left side to access line 1.

I then tried to reset the unit to get the Quick Setup screen by using a pin to press the RESET slot for over 20 seconds, nothing happened, no reset.

I went into the Administration screen, no option to restore to factory either. 

I can't post images here so I have attached the screen print of these 2 options.

How can I update line 1 information or reset the unit?

I also tried to do a firmware upgrade, but no option in Administration screen as well.

On the top right of the first screenshot (spa112.jpg)  I can see "cisco".

This means that you have logged in with the user account cisco and not with admin account. Can you log in with full administrator account?

Thanks for letting me know.  I logged in as admin and able to resolve the problem.
