No phone ring for incoming call using SPA 122

Hello:

I just installed SPA 122. For the first time everything was fine but there is no more ringing for incoming call. But the caller listens ringing tone, even it goes to voice message (but message is not recording too). Cahnge a lot of ring voltage, frequncy, wave type....but no luck. By this time I have also updated the firmware. Please inform me if there is any way.....

Hi, this could have many possibilities. Beginning with the telephone being disconnected (e.g. broken cord).

Have you tried to setup a syslog server and to examine the debug and SIP messages? This could make some things very obvious

If you like, trace it to a file and attach it. Otherwise it's not possible to give you concrete help.
