Problems to send fax with SPA-3102

Hello,

I have problems with sending fax. We have a multifunction printer cannon iR C2380, and a SPA-3102 ATA. I used the guide:

and we have not gotten it to work.

Please could you help me?

The problem is caused by a codec negotiation:

Alcatel:

m=audio 32588 RTP/AVP 8 18 97

a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000

a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000

a=rtpmap:97 telephone-event/8000

SPA:

CC:pc(0)=0 not in codec list

SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Here

Warning: 304 spa "Media type not available"

Can you configure only one codec in both devices, Alcatel and SPA?

E.g. G.711A (a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000)
