SPA 112 Call Forwarding on Busy

I have an SPA 112. I have two Sip coming and 1 DID.

Both ports are active and registering however the calls that come in through Voice Port No. 1 when its busy Voice Port No2. doesn't ring?

I am not sure how to fix this issues?

All I need is that when Line one is busy forward calls to second Line.

 

Anyone out there could help?

SPA112 doesn't forward call by self. It just fire request. Forwarding is done by PBX. Capture SIP packets, verify the forward request is sent, check PBX response. If everything looks good, ask PBX administrator for help - he should check PBX logs to identify what has happened with call.
