Spa 112 get locale dial tone

When I pick up a phone connected to the spa to dial out, I get the following tone: short beeps for 2 seconds, then a long tone.

I want to configure the Spa to get only the long tone (frequency = 440Hz)

I tried to set the dial tone option under Regional to 440@-19;10(*/0/1+2)

I also saw a topic suggesting to set CPC to 0

Both settings didn't work. Any idea's?

And is it the "Dial Tone" you are listening ? Dial tone is not the only tone you may hear on handset pickup. You may hear MWI Dial Tone, CFWD Dial Tone or so. In such case reconfiguration of (just) Dial Tone will change no tone you are hearing.

Or the problem may be caused by wrong definition 440@-19;10(*/0/1+2). I assume you mean 440@-19;10(*/0/1) or 440@-19;*(*/0/1) instead.
