SPA 122 login problem

Hi,

I'm having a problem trying to log in to SPA 122.

When resetting to factory, I begin to configure and after one or two reboots, it begins to deny the default password.

 

I tried on one occasion to change the password but the problem persists.

Most simple hypothesis ? Default password is well known password anyone with access to the device may change it anytime.

 

Reset phone to factory default then change password immediately. Its simple countermeasure. If it will not help, we will think about other possible causes.

 

Thanks for answering, unfortunately it didn't work.

This happens with the first reboots when configuring and the gateway is not plugged in no more than 15min at most.

even so I moved to a private network to continue testing.

1. What's the exact VID-PID of the device (printed on sticker) ?

2. Turn on syslog&debug of Voice application and capture the messages. It may help to identify the cause.
