SPA 122 will not disconnect call

We just installed 3 SPA 122's that are integrated with a the County's PSAP.  We have noticed that when the PSAP initiates a disconnect the call terminates correctly. But when the far end initiates a disconnect, the PSAP does not get disconnected properly.  Any suggestions?ATAs, Gateways and Accessories

So vague description. What you exactly mean saying "does not get disconnected properly". Describe the call we are speaking of in particular steps. Whom is doing what. What behavior are you expecting. What (different ?) results you get instead.
