It is possible to configure the VOIP-to-PSTN to detect polarity reversal for sending the ANSWER to the SIP side ?

All I see in the docs is a timer to delay the ANSWER sending ( VoIP Answer Delay: ) , but that way I got no confirmation that B has answered the call.

Consider, very few if any telco in world support answer supervision.

If you want that, get ISDN.

The service is available here in Uruguay, but my intentions is to use the ata with fixed GSM bases.

Best is to use iSDN or SIP GSM boxes. Analog always causes some trouble.
