Spa 400 Cannot make outbound PSTN Calls Mexico

Hello, i hope someone can help me, i have an SPA9000 and an SPA400, The SPA400 detects the pstn line in the Config. Webpage, but none of the leds turn on when i connect the PSTN line to a FX0 port, i have tried to run the setup and doesn´t detect the SPA400, so i make the config. manually, and i cannot found the config for mexico, my PSTN provider is Telmex (Mexico), please help me, an thanks for your time.

Hi Adrian

Are you using setup wizard in your installation?

What I sugest is to factory reset devices, connect SPA9000 internet port to your network and SPA400 in the same subnet, and run wizard it should be able to detect both devices, try this and let me know if this works.

i have the same problem with the same equipments...my question is, theres a part where the wizard asked to me configure outbound calls, and i dont know what to do..greetings from México
