SPa112 and sip trunk

Hi

I have some Cicso spa112, and i use them to connect with my mitel 3300, and my problem is, if i use them with my PRI line, i dont have problem to make call, but this week, we switch to SIP trunk line, and we are not able to make external call, when we dial, we receive after a few second, a message about that we are not able to proceed to the call.  We are able to receive call internal and  from external only via mitel 3300.

I tried to change some setting on the device without success.

Do you have a idea or solution for me?
