SPA112 no incoming calls with Virgin Super Hub 3

I have a SPA112 connected to a Virgin Super Hub 3.

It will make outgoing domestic calls, but it's not ringing for incoming calls.

I've set up port filtering:

There's no ALG setting on the Super Hubs.

The VOIP works with Zoiper, so it's a router/ATA issue.

Not enough data to analyze the issue. VSH3 may or may not support NAT/SIP ALG (there's nothing to configure on SIP ALG, thus lack of configuration doesn't prove lack of support of the feature). Configuration of SPA112 depends of the presence of such feature on router, so I will try to provide more detailed advice once details of your connection parameters become known. SYSLOG&DEBUG messages of Voice Application may (or may not, it depends) help as well.
